RETRO MODERN GUEST SUITE
Modern. Moody. Sexy. This guest room suite, reminiscent of trendy boutique hotels, boast hints of retro 70's glam flair. Deep black textured walls, brilliant brass accents, low-slung lounge furnishings, and a bold mix of textiles and graphic prints, are set-off by a dramatic custom channeled bed.
KARAOKE LOUNGE
Modern Jazz and "Blues". This detailed karaoke lounge proves you can still receive the V.I.P treatment even from the comfort of your own home. Lacquered walls and mirrored ceilings set the stage for ones moment in the spotlight.
THE FORWARD FOREROOM
Tailored, Bold, and Moody. As the first room one sees upon entry to this stately home, this lounge sets the tone of a home poised to entertain. Rich washed woods, vibrant colors and warm brass metals provides a luxe backdrop for an intimate conversation, drinks with friends or curling up with a good read.
MUSIC LOVER’S LOUNGE
Soul, Hip-Hop, and Rock n' Roll. This music lovers lounge is moody, with sleek black leather Chesterfield sofas, a modern Plaid rug, wall-to-wall red velvet curtains, and warm brass metals. Steel shelves cantilever through a stone wall which introduces a natural element at the room's center.

They have a great sense of style for what looks good (but is also functional and practical). Before working with Forbes & Masters our space had no personality or warmth. We knew we made the right choice hiring them during the consultation but we were hooked when they presented the mood board and renderings to us. They listened to all of our needs and desires and executed our dream space flawlessly. Not only did they deliver what we asked for and then some but they also helped us break out of our comfort zone! They were able to take my fiance and I’s mixed styles and mesh them into something completely stunning! They always gave us multiple choices and price ranges for things so we could make sure it fit our budget. Every single dollar spent was well worth it. We are so in love with our new entertaining space we can’t stop smiling. We are so thankful and appreciative for the work that they did. We will definitely be hiring them again in the future!”
LIVING IN STYLE
Modern. Mature. Fun. This living space marries elements to create a sophisticated and fun living room. The sleek black and soft whites provide the space with a nice contrast, while the gem toned tufted walls, benches and art instillation provide a pop of color. The soft touches of brass throughout gives the space a warm and inviting quality that every living room needs. Throughout the space one can see a true organic element start to take shape with the trunk-esque coffee table, to the soft lines of the rugs, to the snake skin texture pillows. Each piece in this space nods to another giving the room a harmonious flow.
URBAN TROPICAL DINING ROOM
Heavily embroidered drapes, layered atop grasscloth wallpaper, grounded by blonde jute, and a paired eclectic mix of wicker and rattan seating, of caned technique. To create a unique focal, an antique chapel door turned mirror peers into the past. All are reminiscent of Puerto Rican culture, and whose details hark the design elements of a cultural brew birthed in the Caribbean.
TRANSITIONAL LIVING ROOM
Metal. Modern. Monochrome. This space highlights that it doesn’t take a lot of color to complete a room. The deep grays and soft whites create a canvas that allows the details in this space to shine; from the wainscoting, to the pops of gold throughout. The rich golds intertwined with the cool chromes showcase just how modern mixing metals can be.
